About Christopher Jones Carpentry

Christopher Jones Carpentry is a family run business owned and operated by Christopher Jones. We have over 30 years combined experience in the carpentry and building industry and are pleased to work with you to provide long-lasting, sympathetic and truly personalised carpentry solutions to compliment your home. We believe that sourcing high quality local products is both good for the local economy and helps to show case some of the regions finest quality products. We are able to advise on all aspects of carpentry and wood design ranging from kitchens, decking, flooring, roofing and beyond. Our website is regularly updated with our increasing portfolio to help provide you with examples of our work.

Christopher Jones doesn’t just like working with wood but has restored a 1957 Volkswagen Oval Window Beetle to show-winning standards, a 1967 21-Window Split-Window Samba Deluxe and is currently working on a Custom Harley Davidson build (on-going!). Although these are different mediums they all follow the same design and build principles where attention to detail is rewarded in competitions, demonstrating our dedication to the highest standards of work.

Paul Jones originally trained as an organ builder and french polisher, and has worked on some of the country’s most illustrious church organs. He has dedicated the last 40-years to property development and restoration, and is an avid collector of antique furniture. In his spare time Paul also restores and re-builds antique and vintage clocks alongside his long standing passion for furniture restoration.

Both Christopher and Paul like good quality sandwiches, cake and loose leaf tea! This section of Christopher Jones Carpentry is dedicated to the things we like, restore and are passionate about.
